Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8

The Flip8 folds its tall screen into a shorter pocket-sized device. The cover display handles notifications and quick tasks without unfolding. Flex Mode lets it rest partly open for hands-free rear-camera selfies; there is no dedicated telephoto camera.

The Fold8 is short and wide when closed and opens into a 7.6-inch workspace. Its proportions suit reading, websites and side-by-side apps. Unlike the Ultra, it has two rear cameras and no Flex Mode for partly folded use.
