Exynos 2600

Samsung's ten-core mobile processor made on a 2 nm GAA process.

Samsung Semiconductor presents the Exynos 2600 as a mobile processor based on the industry's first 2 nm GAA (gate-all-around) process. Its ten-core layout uses Arm C1-Ultra and C1-Pro cores: one big core, three high-performance middle cores for multi-threaded work and six efficient middle cores.

The GPU is the Samsung Xclipse 960. Based on its own testing, Samsung says ray tracing performance is up to 50% higher and NPU generative AI performance 113% higher than on the Exynos 2500.

The chip uses a Heat Path Block (HPB), a first for mobile processors; Samsung says it lowers thermal resistance by up to 16%. These are the maker's own test claims; real heat and sustained performance in a phone depend on its cooling and power settings.

Samsung Galaxy S26

The Galaxy S26 is the smallest model in the series: a 6.3-inch 1–120 Hz AMOLED display, three rear cameras, 12 GB of RAM and Wi-Fi 7. In Europe and most markets it uses the Exynos 2600. Independent tests show longer battery life than the S25, but a clear performance drop under sustained load and slower charging than rivals.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip8

The Flip8 folds its tall screen into a shorter pocket-sized device. The cover display handles notifications and quick tasks without unfolding. Flex Mode lets it rest partly open for hands-free rear-camera selfies; there is no dedicated telephoto camera.
