Intel Core Ultra 7 265

Intel’s 20-core LGA1851 Core Ultra 200S desktop processor; separate from the K and F versions.

The Core Ultra 7 265 has 8 performance and 12 efficient cores with 20 threads (no hyper-threading). P-cores run at 2.4 GHz base and up to 5.3 GHz; E-cores at 1.8 GHz base and up to 4.6 GHz. It has 30 MB of Smart Cache and is built on TSMC N3B.

Base power is 65 W and maximum turbo power 182 W. Unlike the 265K it is not unlocked and has a lower base power; in prebuilt desktops, cooling and motherboard power settings determine performance.

It includes Intel Graphics (4 Xe cores) and a 13 TOPS NPU; unlike the F version it can output video without a graphics card. It supports dual-channel memory up to DDR5-6400 (max 256 GB) and up to 24 PCIe 5.0/4.0 lanes.
