Intel Core Ultra 7 265F

Intel’s 20-core Arrow Lake desktop processor without integrated graphics.

According to Intel, the Core Ultra 7 265F has 8 performance and 12 efficient cores for 20 cores and 20 threads. Max turbo is 5.3 GHz (P-core 5.2 GHz, E-core 4.6 GHz) and cache is 30 MB of Intel Smart Cache.

Base power is 65 W and maximum turbo power 182 W. It includes a 13 TOPS Intel AI Boost NPU and supports up to 256 GB of DDR5-6400 over two channels and up to 24 lanes of PCIe 5.0/4.0.

The “F” suffix means there is no integrated graphics: no display output and no Quick Sync, so the system needs a discrete graphics card. The Core Ultra 7 265 with integrated graphics is a separate model. The chip launched in Q1 2025.
