Samsung Exynos W920

Samsung’s 5 nm smartwatch processor used in watches such as the Galaxy Watch5 Pro.

According to Samsung, the Exynos W920 has two Arm Cortex-A55 cores at up to 1.18 GHz and a Mali-G68 GPU; graphics performance is 10 times the previous generation and it supports qHD (960 × 540) displays.

It is built on a 5 nm EUV process. FO-PLP and SiP-ePoP packaging combine the processor, power management IC, LPDDR4 memory and eMMC storage in one package. A separate low-power processor handles Always On Display operations without waking the main CPU, which is meant to reduce battery drain with the display on.
