NVIDIA’s entry-to-mid-range Blackwell desktop graphics card with 8 GB of GDDR7 memory.

According to NVIDIA reference figures, the desktop RTX 5060 has 3840 CUDA cores, a 2.28 GHz base and 2.50 GHz boost clock and 8 GB of GDDR7 on a 128-bit bus. Total graphics power is 145 W; NVIDIA recommends at least a 550 W system power supply and one 8-pin PCIe connector.

The card supports DLSS 4 Multi Frame Generation, a ninth-generation NVENC encoder and PCI Express 5.0. The reference design has 3 DisplayPort 2.1b (UHBR20) outputs and 1 HDMI 2.1b; board partner models may differ in clocks and outputs.

The RTX 5060 Laptop GPU in notebooks is a separate entry: it runs at lower power limits that vary by manufacturer. The product page states which version is used.

It carries an 8-core AM5 Ryzen 7 8700F, a desktop RTX 5060 with 8 GB of GDDR7, a B650 chipset, 16 GB of DDR5, a 2 TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe SSD, a 650 W 80 PLUS Gold power supply and an air cooler, plus Wi-Fi 6E and a 20 Gbit/s USB-C port on the front. The CPU has no integrated graphics, so the monitor connects to the graphics card. Two M.2 and four SATA connections leave room for more storage later.
