A shooting mode that also saves the frames taken before the shutter is fully pressed.
The camera starts buffering frames at half-press. At a full press, the latest of those frames are written to the card and shooting continues, so a moment lost to reaction time can still be caught.
The OM-3 keeps up to 70 frames from before the full press. The speed options differ in focus behaviour: at 20 fps the camera can focus before each frame, while at 120 fps focus stays fixed from the first frame.

OM-3 is a mirrorless camera with a Micro Four Thirds mount and interchangeable lenses. Its metal body, inspired by old film SLRs, weighs 413 g. The stacked sensor and in-body stabilization stand out. It has one SD slot and no pronounced grip on the front.
