Samsung Exynos 1580

Samsung’s 4 nm octa-core mid-range mobile processor with the Xclipse 540 GPU.

The Exynos 1580 is built on a third-generation 4 nm EUV FinFET process. Its Armv9 octa-core CPU uses a tri-cluster layout of one big, three middle and four little cores.

The Xclipse 540 GPU has two Work Group Processors, doubling the units of the previous generation; Samsung claims up to 37% higher peak performance or 20% at the same power. The NPU reaches up to 14.7 TOPS.

The image signal processor supports sensors up to 200MP and improves low-light video noise reduction. It is used in devices such as the Galaxy A56 5G and Galaxy Tab S10 FE.
