Apple Watch Series 10 is Apple’s 2024 smartwatch; the 46 mm aluminium GPS version is 9.7 mm thick and weighs 36.4 g. Its wide-angle LTPO3 OLED always-on display reaches 2000 nits and looks brighter from the side. It has the S10 SiP, 64 GB of storage, health sensors including ECG and blood oxygen, a depth gauge and a water temperature sensor; the battery lasts 18 hours in normal use or 36 hours in Low Power Mode, and fast charging reaches about 80% in around 30 minutes. Independent testing praised the large screen and fast charging and criticised the short battery life and lower GPS and heart-rate accuracy; owners like how easy it is to use, while some complain about daily charging.
46 mm aluminium case, GPS only (no cellular); Jet Black, Rose Gold and Silver. The 42 mm case, GPS + Cellular and titanium versions differ in weight, materials and connectivity.

In Expert Reviews’ 3 October 2024 review the 18-hour battery amounted to roughly a day of use and needed daily charging, which the review counts as the watch’s one major flaw. The bundled charger reached 77% in 30 minutes (Apple claims 80%). Over about 10 km of running, distance deviation averaged 2.94% (0.72% for Series 9) and heart rate deviation 5.66% (1.43% for Series 9); the optical sensor occasionally lost lock mid-run, leaving gaps in the trace. The larger screen and media playback through the watch speaker were liked; the wide-angle OLED’s off-axis brightness is noticeable but not very useful. In always-on mode the screen refreshes at 1 Hz. Sleep apnoea notifications could not be judged because they need ten nights within 30 days.
Expert Reviews: Apple Watch Series 10 reviewCoolblue Belgium’s 92 ratings average about 4.7/5 (65 five-star, 24 four-star, no one-star). Of the three visible reviews, Dennis (29 September 2024) praises the big screen, battery and fast charging to about 80% in under 30 minutes. Djurre (10 December 2024) says the watch flagged possible atrial fibrillation that was confirmed at the emergency room; this is one person’s experience, not evidence of medical accuracy. Farid (29 October 2024) likes the ease of use and comfort but says the battery lasts 1.5 days at most, needs charging every day, and found his previous Huawei watch better for sports tracking.
