The Galaxy S24+ is the 6.7-inch middle model of Samsung’s 2024 range. Unlike the S24 it has a QHD+ 1–120 Hz AMOLED display, 12 GB RAM, a 4,900 mAh battery and 45 W wired charging, plus a 50 MP main, 3x telephoto and ultra-wide camera. Samsung promised seven years of OS and security updates. The test found battery life and the display strong and camera changes limited.
SM-S926B/DS (Europe and many international markets), 12 GB RAM; 256 GB or 512 GB. The US/Canada SM-S926U/W models with a different chip, the 6.2-inch S24 and the S24 Ultra are separate models.

Samsung markets the Galaxy S24+ with Galaxy AI features, its QHD+ display and large battery. Samsung UK
TechRadar tested the European Exynos 2400 version in London and the Snapdragon version in the US. The Exynos unit scored 2002 single / 6732 multi-core in Geekbench 6, the Snapdragon unit 2272 / 7083; the reviewer felt no difference in daily use. Battery life of more than a day and a half stood out; the US Snapdragon unit lasted 16 hours in two rundown tests and reached 40% in 15 minutes and 72% in 30 minutes with a 45 W charger, while the Exynos unit charged a little slower and was full in just over an hour. The reviewer noted that after a full shutdown the phone needed a few minutes on the charger before it could be unlocked. Warmth in EA Sports FC 24 became noticeable only after about an hour; the speakers were praised. Downsides: camera hardware unchanged from the previous generation and a complex One UI.
