Owner experiences and issues

  • In non-promotional owner reviews, people like the colours, smooth gaming, text clarity, the menu and the stand. Individually reported problems: flicker with VRR on (two people, one on grey screens), colour fringing on text edges from the panel’s subpixel layout, washed-out HDR or crushed dark areas (two or three people), the matte coating causing haze and halos around bright elements, frequent pixel refresh prompts, not being brighter than an older QD-OLED monitor, and vertical banding. These reports do not indicate a failure rate.
