Expert Reviews ran its 512 GB / 16 GB sample for 25 hours 44 minutes in a looping video test, an hour longer than the Pixel 10 Pro XL. It charged from empty to 55% in 30 minutes, with a full charge taking about 1 hour 15 minutes. Maximum manual brightness measured 1,274 cd/m² and HDR content 2,104 cd/m²; the Natural profile averaged Delta E 0.99 with 94.1% sRGB coverage. In Geekbench 6 the CPU is 19% faster single-core and 22% faster multi-core than the Pixel 10 Pro XL, but 55% behind the Galaxy S26 Ultra multi-core, and the GPU score still trails rivals by a wide margin. The reviewer ranks the cameras among the best in the class, while finding the S26 Ultra better at night photos and the iPhone 17 Pro Max better at video.
Expert Reviews — Ben Johnston: Google Pixel 11 Pro XL reviewAndroid Authority measured a 40.7W peak for roughly the first 9 minutes using the Pixel Flex 67W charger with 21V PPS. The phone reached 50% in about 21 minutes, 75% in 35 and 100% in 69, compared with 23, 40 and 81 minutes on the Pixel 10 Pro XL. Another 67W charger that only supplies 11V over PPS delivered just 25W. Although Google’s conditions for Extreme Charging (battery below 50%, a charger of 30W or more) were met, the author could not enable it; forum threads and a second test unit saw the option appear after a few days of use, which Google does not explain. The phone warmed up faster than its predecessor.

Leonardo feels the 12 GB of RAM on the base model, while Ponskippa and Sixshot criticise AI artefacts in telephoto zoom and weaker photos beyond 30x.
