TechPorn.ph: ASUS ROG Swift PG32UCDM monitor reviewFirmware topics stand out in Best Buy Canada reviews: two owners wrote in mid-2024 that the image looked washed out with Windows HDR on, and one added that the Dolby Vision update was late; one reviewer said HDR issues were fixed by firmware MCM105, but that review was written by an employee as part of a promotion. One owner found firmware updates difficult and had an intermittent boot-logo problem on the first unit, another was stuck at 120 Hz until toggling DSC, and another reported KVM not working on firmware 108.

Two owners had momentary blackouts and glitches even after turning off VRR and the proximity sensor. On daily use, two owners found the glossy surface reflective and not ideal for the office, while one praised the silent fanless operation and the glossy finish.
