Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ (Wi-Fi)

The Galaxy Tab S10+ is Samsung’s 12.4-inch Android tablet released in autumn 2024: a 2800 × 1752 120 Hz anti-reflective Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, 12 GB of memory, a 10,090 mAh battery and an IP68 S Pen in the box. The tablet itself is also IP68 and 5.6 mm thin. Notebookcheck liked the performance and speakers and found the display brightness and low-frequency PWM dimming weak. Best Buy owners praise the display, S Pen and battery life.

Wi-Fi version (in the US, SM-X820NZAAXAR, 12 GB/256 GB Moonstone Gray); a 12 GB/512 GB option and a 576 g 5G version also exist. The larger Tab S10 Ultra is a separate model.

Strengths and limitations

  • On Notebookcheck’s Wi-Fi 12/256 sample, the display reached about 600–631 cd/m² peak brightness and stayed similar with HDR content; outdoor readability was weak, usable in the shade. The display dims with PWM at 120 Hz, which the review says can cause eye strain in sensitive people. The Geekbench 6 multi-core score was clearly higher than the Tab S9+; throttling under sustained load, battery life that could be better and slow charging were listed as negatives. The speakers, IP68 body, included S Pen and long update support were positives.
