Which format should my site use?

WOFF2 alone is enough today; every current browser supports it. Add WOFF as a fallback for very old browsers.

Why can’t I save as OTF?

The tool reads OTF but writes TrueType-based formats (TTF, WOFF, WOFF2). The look stays the same.

Is my font uploaded?

No, conversion happens in your browser.
