PowerPoint to PDF Converter

Convert PPTX and PPT presentations to PDF, one slide per page.

If you’re sending a presentation to a teacher, client or event, PDF is the safest choice: it looks the same on computers and phones without PowerPoint, and the file is usually smaller.

The tool turns each slide into its own PDF page. Text, images, shapes and tables are kept; animations and transitions don’t carry over.

How to use

  1. Select the presentation file.
  2. Press Convert to PDF.
  3. Download the PDF.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to animations and videos?

PDF is static; each slide becomes one page in its final state. Embedded videos aren’t carried over.

Can I get the slides as images?

Yes. The “PPTX to JPG” tool saves each slide as a separate image.

Why does the first conversion take a while?

To convert documents inside your browser, the Office engine downloads and prepares on first use (about 80 MB, a minute or two depending on your connection). Later conversions finish in seconds; the engine stays in your browser cache.

Is my document uploaded to a server?

No. Conversion happens inside your browser and your document never leaves your device, so it’s safe for contracts, letters and payslips.
