MRW to TGA Converter

Convert MRW files to TGA. Batch, free and without uploading.

This tool converts MRW files to TGA. MRW is the RAW format of Minolta cameras. It keeps unprocessed sensor data; conversion uses the camera’s white balance and colour settings.

TGA (Targa) is a simple format often used for textures in games and 3D software. TGA is lossless, so nothing is lost from the image during conversion. RAW files are large, so each photo may take a few seconds.

Conversion happens inside your browser; your files are never sent to a server.

How to use

1. Drag and drop your MRW files, paste them from the clipboard, fetch one from a link, or use "Choose files".
2. Optionally set a maximum width and height.
3. Press "Convert" and download the TGA files one by one or as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

Will converting to TGA reduce quality?

No. TGA is lossless; the image in your MRW is carried over as it is.

How many files can I convert at once?

There is no limit. Select hundreds of files together and download the results as one ZIP.

Are my files uploaded anywhere?

No. Your MRW files are converted to TGA inside your browser and never sent to a server.
