This tool converts DWG files to GLB. DWG is AutoCAD’s drawing format; architectural plans, machine parts and building services drawings are usually shared this way.

3D model (binary glTF; web, AR, Blender). 3D solids (ACIS 3DSOLID), 3DFACEs and polyface meshes are turned into a triangle mesh; block inserts and colours are kept. Planes, cylinders, cones, spheres and tori are exact; free-form surfaces are approximated. 2D lines and text are not part of the 3D model. GLB is in metres and opens directly on the web, in AR and in Blender.
