The Galaxy Watch6 Classic is Samsung’s 2023 Wear OS watch that brought back the physical rotating bezel. The 47 mm version has a 1.5-inch AMOLED display under sapphire crystal, a stainless steel case and a 425 mAh battery; the internals and health sensors match the flat Watch6. Independent testing found the large, heavy case uncomfortable for sleep.

Samsung presents the Watch6 Classic with a 15% thinner rotating bezel, a 20% larger display and improved sleep coaching. Samsung Newsroom
According to TechRadar, the 47 mm Classic is striking and well made but almost too big and heavy: pressure on the wrist during sleep tracking could wake the wearer, and the review recommended the lighter 43 mm version. With the Exynos W930 the interface responded instantly; battery life barely lasted a day at first and regularly went beyond a day by the end of a week. Automatic workout detection that starts and stops walks by itself was liked; body composition measurement sometimes failed and suggested moistening the fingers. Snore detection needs the phone nearby.
TechRadar: Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic reviewOwners most often praise the rotating bezel, the looks, the fast interface and the improvements over the Watch4/Watch5. Battery experiences differ: some report 1.5–2 days with Always On Display at maximum brightness, others 2–3 days with settings turned down; one owner recommends turning off AOD in response to battery complaints in other reviews. Individually reported problems: a screen that came out of the box with a slanted image, heating immediately when charging and no adapter in the box, the angled band lugs and an uncomfortable band, a screen that cracked after hitting a counter edge within two months, a band that slipped off every day (a promotional review) and running detected while driving. It is found bulky on small wrists. These reports do not indicate a failure rate.
