The Galaxy Buds2 Pro are Samsung’s 2022 in-ear wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling. They offer a two-way coaxial driver, 24-bit audio with Galaxy phones, 360 Audio with head tracking and IPX7 resistance. Independent testing liked the small, comfortable design and found the sound dynamically compressed.

Samsung presents the Buds2 Pro with 24-bit Hi-Fi sound and noise cancelling 40% better than the Galaxy Buds Pro. Samsung Mobile Press
What Hi-Fi wrote that the 15% smaller earbuds sit snugly and comfortably, and that the case is smaller than the AirPods Pro and Sony XM5 cases. The sound was open and spacious at first, but the bass was soft and dynamics compressed, making different recordings sound alike. 360 Audio was impressive with Dolby Atmos content, but head tracking worked only intermittently on the test sample. Over-sensitive touch controls and 24-bit audio being limited to Galaxy devices were negatives.
