TechRadar measured 1065 nits on a 10% window and 202 nits full-screen in Filmmaker Mode on the 65-inch C4, with 98.7% UHDA-P3 coverage. Input lag was 11.9 ms with Game Optimizer and 9.2 ms in Boost mode. Sound is fine for dialogue but light on bass and compressed at high volume. The home screen carries ads and LG Channels recommendations. The missing HDR10+, ordinary sound, ATSC 1.0-only tuner in the US and lower brightness than flagship models are listed as drawbacks.
TechRadar — Al Griffin: LG C4 OLED TV reviewIn L’Éclaireur Fnac’s lab test of the OLED65C44LA, the centre measured 318 cd/m² without HDR; with a 13% brightness difference between centre and bottom edge and 0.0042 delta u’v’ colour uniformity, the panel was found very even. Brightness holds at side angles and grey gradation is smooth. Colour errors in the default mode need adjustment; sound is basic and there is no USB-C.
