Owner experiences and issues

  • Owners most often praise the OLED display, the solid-feeling keyboard and fast Wi-Fi. Battery experiences differ: one owner reports 7–8 hours on integrated graphics at a low refresh rate and another good runtime for spreadsheet work, while one person wrote battery life could be better. One owner said the RTX 5050 runs games at high settings but expected an RTX 5060 at this price. Two people said it did not get noticeably hot under load. One buyer exchanged the first unit because the space bar did not work; another complained about preinstalled software and upsell notifications. These reports do not indicate a failure rate.
