  • Most Best Buy buyers praise the sound, the EQ in the app, comfort and battery life; DANY charges about once a week and GABRIELZ about every two days. Mike says the Smart Tx transmitter keeps quality on in-flight entertainment and a games console. Criticism: MickeyD found the sub-bass weak even with EQ and returned it, ELIZABETHF found ANC weak for the price, and ShaneM and StevenG want more volume.

20 visible reviews on the Best Buy “Tour One M3 Aviator 2025 black” page (it says 31); the product name does not clearly state the Smart Tx bundle, though some reviews mention the transmitter. All verified and incentivised, ownership 1 week to 8 months.

  • A single buyer (Mark, 1 star) reports the Smart Tx transmitter crashing, random shut-offs, Bluetooth dropouts, spatial audio settings resetting at power-off and no JBL app for Mac, and says they are returning it.

Single buyer, three weeks of use; software version not stated, not generalised as a chronic defect.
