Creative Bloq's Ryzen 7 9800X3D / RTX 5070 Ti / 32 GB DDR5-6000 / 1 TB configuration scored 1,283 in Cinebench 2024 multi-core, and the GPU trailed an RTX 5090 Laptop GPU by only 3.5%. Fan noise rises noticeably under heavy load but was not objectionable. Negatives: only two RAM slots, the spare M.2 reachable only after removing the GPU, a blocked lower PCIe slot and no port faster than 10 Gbit/s. The author warns that stacking items on top can cause throttling or shutdowns.
Creative Bloq: The HP Omen 35L for 2026 may be gaming-focused, but it delivers for creatives tooIn a review summarised by Digital Citizen, a 2026 OMEN 35L with the same CPU and GPU ran gaming loads at about 60 °C on average for CPU and GPU (66 °C peak) and was very quiet; the sound under load came from airflow rather than pump or fan motors. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora at 1440p Ultra averaged 99 fps.
