Windows Central likes the display, keyboard and large touchpad. Its tests recorded 20 hours 30 minutes of local video and 14 hours 13 minutes of 4K YouTube streaming, not a battery promise for every workload.
Windows Central: ASUS Zenbook A16 reviewUltrabookreview’s Andrei Girbea measured 13–14 hours of 1080p YouTube playback and 10–11 hours of text editing in Google Drive at about 120 nits. The fan runs at about 35 dBA in Standard mode and about 45 dBA in Performance mode; under heavy load a hotspot of about 45 °C forms above the keyboard, and a 20-loop 3DMark stress test showed no performance drop. The OLED panel uses PWM at about 1 kHz at every brightness level, and the glossy surface is very reflective in bright rooms. He saw occasional ghost touches from palm and clothing on the large touchpad, and counts software compatibility gaps on Windows on ARM and both USB-C ports being on the same side against it.
Ultrabookreview: Asus Zenbook A16 (UX3607OA, 2026) reviewBest Buy buyer krishelnino likes the performance, low weight and screen but criticises reflections and the absence of a webcam privacy shutter. RileyW also reports satisfactory multitasking after a month as a main computer.
