Tools / Split PDF and Extract Pages

Split PDF and Extract Pages

Split a PDF into pages or ranges, or extract the pages you need.

This tool splits a PDF in three ways: every page as a separate file, several files by ranges such as "1-3, 4-10", or only the pages you want gathered into one new PDF.

For example, to send only pages 5, 12 and 20–25 from a 40-page report, choose "Extract pages" and type "5, 12, 20-25".

How to use

  1. Select the PDF file; the tool shows the page count.
  2. Choose how to split and type the page ranges if needed.
  3. Press "Split" and download the files one by one or as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions

How do I write page ranges?

Separate them with commas: "1-3, 5, 8-12". "10-" means from page ten to the end.

Does quality change?

No, pages are copied as they are.

Can I change the page order?

With "Extract pages" the order you type is kept; "3, 1, 2" produces a PDF in that order.
