A vertical 20.7-litre case with a small desk footprint. Two top fans and a PCIe 5.0 riser are included; the motherboard, PSU and cooler are selected separately. GPU thickness and width, as well as radiator tubing, matter just as much as card length when planning the build.

NZXT emphasizes tool-less panels and the small footprint. Its 26 February 2026 riser statement describes ground-only layers around mounting holes, production board design and its own destructive tests. This is the brand's engineering statement, not independent safety certification or evidence that the H1 recall applies to H2. NZXT
OC3D likes the small footprint and cable tie points, but finds bottom-routed radiator tubing cramped around the graphics card. It also wants more space behind flow-through GPU coolers.
OC3D: NZXT H2 Flow Mini-ITX case reviewGuru3D’s Hilbert Hagedoorn sees thermal performance as the case’s strongest point: the mesh-heavy panels, defined airflow paths and vertical GPU layout make the separate CPU and GPU airflow zones particularly effective. The open design lets more sound out than closed cases, so noise-sensitive users need to tune their fans. Pre-routed cables and the pre-fitted PCIe riser make building easier, while storage options are limited.
Guru3D: NZXT H2 Flow (2026) review, final wordsOpposite_Ad_2872 is happy with noise after assembly, but found GPU-to-riser alignment and cable routing difficult. NESK4u also reports a positive experience after about three months. These builds use different fans and coolers.
Reddit: H2 Flow owners' build experiencesGummyGripper reports hum and vibration with replacement fans, saying the noise decreases when a fan is moved away from the grille. This differs from the satisfied owner in the other thread; it does not establish a shared fault in the included F120Q fans.
